FinNet provides you a secure network platform to communicate with other financial industry participants on FinNet and to access the applications / services brought to you by the authorized service providers.

FinNet members have different connectivity options to access to FinNet depending on your own needs. 4 types of access are provided at the moment ranging from low speed to high speed:

- FinNet :. Dial-Up Access (56K)
- FinNet :. ISDN Access (128K)
- FinNet :. Frame Relay Access (64K/128K/256K/512K/T1/E1)
- FinNet :. FastLink (2M)

Besides connectivity service, FinNet supports 3 types of client configuration depending the preferred local setting. If you are a CCASS/3 participant, you can choose to configure your machine to work for both CCASS/3 and FinNet at the same time.

- FinNet :. Single Terminal Access (FinNet Only)
- FinNet :. Multiple Terminal Access (CCASS/3 + FinNet)
- FinNet :. LAN Access (via Corporate LAN)

There are five basic application services provided by FinNet directly to our members and service providers. These services include emails, news publishing and alert, web portal for information sharing, redirecting you to the application hosts provided by the authorized service providers, register your own domain name(s) under FinNet and list your contact information on our directory etc.
