Dun & Bradstreet is the appointed exclusive service provider of Hong Kong’s first Commercial Credit Reference Agency (CCRA). A key objective of the CCRA is to give small and medium-sized enterprises improved access to credit. At the same time, the CCRA brings benefits to credit providers in the form of better credit risk management. The CCRA system is available for data submission and the ordering of credit reports via the FinNet network. Broker/Custodian Pre-Matching is a matching process conducted between Brokers and Custodians for instruments traded on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. This process aims at improving settlement efficiency and reducing settlement risk by highlighting discrepancies at an early stage in the trade life cycle.

FinNet provides a private network for secure delivery of sensitive instrument details between brokers and custodians for the matching process.
