FinNet connects you to the key regulatory bodies in Hong Kong. You can conduct electronic submission of financial related returns, browse circulars, consultation papers and other publications offered by the respective institutions via FinNet. At present, we have two regulators on board:

- Securities and Futures Commission
- Hong Kong Monetary Authority

We are actively inviting other regulatory bodies to join FinNet. By using the same connection, you can access to a variety of services offered by multiple public institutions. It is especially beneficial to those companies / intermediaries with presence to multiple financial sectors in banking, securities and derviatives and, insurance etc.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is an independent statutory body established by the Securities and Futures Commission Ordinance. SFC are responsible for administering the laws governing the securities and futures markets in Hong Kong and facilitating and encouraging the development of these markets.

The HKMA is the government authority in Hong Kong responsible for maintaining monetary and banking stability. Its main functions are keeping the Hong Kong dollar stable, managing the Exchange Fund in a sound and effective way, promoting the safety of Hong Kong's banking system and developing Hong Kong's financial infrastructure to enable money to flow smoothly, freely and without obstruction
